Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga at The Churn Community Hub is a gentle exercise class for older people, as part of our Ageing Well service. In Chair Yoga, we will explore various yoga practices, including chakra yoga, which involves learning poses and techniques to awaken and align the body’s energy centres, known as chakras.
Chair Yoga is suitable for everyone, particularly those with restricted mobility.
