DESCRIPTION:Our new Men’s Talk Space group offers a welcoming\, relaxed space where men can talk and listen without judgement. The group runs on the first and third Monday of each month at The Churn Community Hub. \nMen’s Talk Space is for men who would benefit from connection\, conversation and the opportunity to share experiences in a supportive environment. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable sharing\, and everyone is encouraged to find the right balance between participating in the group and looking after their own wellbeing. \nA key part of the group is listening to one another with respect and empathy. Members are not expected to fix problems or offer solutions unless support is specifically requested. This is a space where men can step away from the pressure to always have the answers and simply be heard. \nThe group is open to all men. \nIf you would like to attend\, please contact Andy in advance.
