DESCRIPTION:Our Memory Café is an informal group for people living with dementia and their loved ones in Cirencester and the surrounding villages. \nIt’s a chance to meet\, socialise\, participate in activities and share experiences. \nSupport and information is available for carers during the group sessions. Volunteers and Churn staff are on hand to support everyone. \n£1 attendance (this donation helps us to provide refreshments for the group). \nFor more information please contact Kim.
