Positive Strides Cirencester

Positive Strides is a fortnightly walking group for men which focuses on improving mental health and wellbeing through walking and talking with others.

At The Churn, we understand how important it is for men to talk openly about their mental health. Positive Strides provides a safe space where men can walk, talk and be heard by other men with shared issues and experiences.

We meet on a Tuesday morning outside The Churn Community Hub. Walks start at 10am and finish around 11.30am.
