Dementia friendly walk

In honour of dementia action week the Churn is reaching out to people who with/without have a formal diagnosis of dementia to join our dementia friendly walk.( carers are also free to attend )
The walk will start at 2:00pm Wednesday 20th May and should last about an hour starting from the Churn Community Hub and looping back round to finish of the walk with a nice treat for all with cake & etc.
