Dying Matters Awareness Week encourages open conversations around death, dying and grief, helping to break down the stigma and taboo that can make these topics feel difficult to talk about.
At The Churn Community Hub, we recognise how important connection and support can be during times of loss and change. Through our Ageing Well Service and dedicated bereavement support, we provide safe, welcoming spaces where people can talk openly, connect with others and access the support they need throughout their grief journey.
Whether through support groups, one-to-one conversations or community activities, our aim is to help people feel less alone and more supported at what can be a very challenging time.
Dying Matters Awareness Week is an important reminder that conversations around grief, loss and end of life matter – and that support is available.
